Which areas you can deliver products?
We deliver to all over Bangladesh. However, your delivery address should be covered by our delivery partners’ operating areas.

Which currency do you accept?
We accept Bangladesh Taka (BDT) only.

What payment method do you accept?
For Dhaka and Chittagong city areas; we accept cash on delivery (COD) and online payment through bKash.

For other areas; we accept 100% payment in advance through bKash.

We can also process other payment types manually, including cash deposit and bank checks. To pay using one of these methods, please contact us to place your order.

When will my order be shipped out?
If your order is an ‘In-Stock’ item; please check the product page to check its ‘Standard Delivery’ Time. You will also be updated through email or whatsapp on your order delivery.
If you are trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following:

 Payment verification must be received prior to processing
 We closed on weekends and public holidays
 Our delivery partners may not deliver on weekends and public holidays

How much will be the shipping cost?
Usually the shipping cost is mentioned on individual product page. Please check it before you place an order. You will also know the delivery charges at the checkout, based on your total order quantity and delivery address.

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Sorry, we cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses.

Can I change my delivery address after confirming an order? Your delivery information is sent to our delivery partner immediately after your order is confirmed, so it is not possible to change this later. Please enter your address details carefully!
